REimagiNEWaste 5 – Plastics & Analytics – was conducted in collaboration with Waste Knot, Ramaiah Institute of Technology IEEE Student branch and Ramaiah Institute of Technology EDC cell with the support of KSPCB Wipro and AMIMED CURA in April 2021:

  • 95 participants including 15 waste pickers
  • 2 winning ideas:
    o Team PlasPicker – An AI-powered plastic sorting solution.
    o Team Waste Sank – A data dashboard aggregating all plastic waste data.
  • Winning teams were given an opportunity to be incubated and supported with the support of Wipro, KSPCB and ELCITA
